Manufacturing Company in Carlsbad, CA is looking for a Sustaining Supervisor to join there team. The right candidate will be responsible for the below:
The Sustaining Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations within the Sustaining Engineering team, ensuring efficient workflow, troubleshooting support, and adherence to production and quality standards. This role is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring team performance aligns with production goals.
Requirements:- The Supervisor provides guidance to technical staff, supports escalation of equipment and process issues, and ensures accurate documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience, strong electromechanical troubleshooting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior leadership or oversight experience in a similar environment Ability to manage shift operations and support team performance All candidates should be comfortable with hands-on work and supporting electromechanical troubleshooting activities.
- Candidates must be able to manage multiple conflicting priorities, adapt to rapid priority changes, and support a dynamic production environment.
- Strong documentation skills are required, including the ability to create and maintain accurate records in a regulated manufacturing setting.
- Travel may be required between sites as needed.
