Server:

Sixty Vines Nashville is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven servers to join our team. We operate in a fast-paced environment where delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting a positive team culture are top priorities. Our Servers play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality to every guest from greeting to farewell
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, wine offerings, and daily features
  • Guide guests through food and wine selections with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Ensure accuracy when entering orders and delivering food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean, organized section and follow all service standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a smooth and efficient service
  • Uphold the culture and values of Sixty Vines through professionalism, positivity, and teamwork
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues with care and urgency
  • All restaurant servers should have complete knowledge of the food and bar menu, as well as a complete understanding of host support staff procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Previous serving experience- preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Stand for long periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
  • Weekend availability required, including Sunday availability
