Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a strategic leader to oversee their Health & Life Sciences division. This role will drive growth and innovation, focusing on leveraging AI and digital transformation to provide next-generation solutions for healthcare payers, providers, and life sciences companies. The Head of Health & Life Sciences will lead business development, client relationships, and the implementation of advanced digital and AI technologies to deliver industry-leading solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
Drive the strategy to expand our client's footprint in the Health & Life Sciences sector, focusing on AI-powered solutions for payer and provider markets. Leverage digital transformation to address industry challenges and accelerate business outcomes. - Sales & Business Development
- Own sales growth and meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare payers, providers, and life sciences companies.
- Lead complex negotiations and secure deals.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
At least 15 years in the Health & Life Sciences sector, with a proven track record of leadership in AI-driven innovation, strategic planning, and digital transformation. - Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree in technology or innovation is a plus. - Skills:
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, and digital transformation within healthcare and life sciences.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare payer and provider operations, value-based care, and regulatory requirements.
