This executive leadership role is responsible for shaping and scaling a high-growth omnichannel brand across DTC, marketplace, retail, and emerging channels. You will define the strategic direction of marketing, ecommerce, and growth while overseeing a large, multi-disciplinary organization spanning performance marketing, brand, digital product, analytics, and go-to-market execution. The role combines board-level strategic influence with hands-on operational leadership, requiring the ability to move seamlessly between long-term vision and day-to-day execution. You will own full P&L accountability for digital commerce performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and efficiency across multiple channels. Partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, you will help shape company-wide priorities and ensure marketing is a primary engine of business growth.
