SUMMARY OVERVIEW

The Senior Vice President of Finance serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for the strategic leadership of the Companys financial operations. This role partners closely with the executive leadership team and field operations to develop and execute financial strategies that support long-term growth, operational excellence, and shareholder value. The SVP provides executive leadership of financial planning and analysis, treasury, financial reporting, and business analytics while driving financial discipline, enterprise-wide performance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy aligned with the Companys long-term business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership team on financial performance, business strategy, investments, and risk management.
  • Drive M&A financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition financial integration activities.
  • Define, develop and monitor enterprise wide KPIs to improve profitability, cash flow, and operational performance.
  • Evaluate capital allocation opportunities and recommend investments to maximize shareholder value.
  • Lead enterprise cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
  • Provide executive oversight for treasury management, banking relationships, and financing activities.
  • Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, ownership, lenders, and the Board of Directors as required.
  • Champion financial transformation initiatives including automation, process improvement, AI adoption, and system modernization.
  • Establish enterprise-wide financial governance and accountability standards.
  • Lead financial team design and execution including succession planning and executive development within the Finance organization.
  • Partner with Operations to improve margin performance through pricing, labor productivity, and operational efficiencies.
  • Identify strategic business risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Engage in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for both internal and external audiences.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analyses throughout the business.
  • Support the development, installation, and maintenance of financial systems; serve as functional lead for enhancements or upgrades.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred.
  • 12-15+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
  • 8+ years leading multi-functional finance organizations in a complex, multi-location environment.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership on corporate strategy.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and rapid organizational growth preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence executive decision-making through financial analysis and strategic insight.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership, ownership groups, lenders, or Board of Directors.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury management, capital planning, financial modeling, and enterprise risk management.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and develop insights.
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support operations
