Job Description:
The SVP, Servicing & Payment Solutions is a high-impact executive leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of a market-leading residential tax and servicing organization. Central to this role is "The AI-First Mandate": transforming our foundational data supply chain into a frictionless, automated machine to maintain a dominant competitive advantage. This leader oversees a mission-critical product portfolio generating approximately $700M in annual revenue and managing $150 billion in property tax payments. The SVP will be tasked with fortifying our defensive moat by converting transactional volume into long-term portfolio stickiness through workflow applications and aggressively capturing whitespace by expanding into tax-adjacent markets like non-escrow processing and insurance forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Function Ownership: Directly lead the strategic and operational direction of the Product Management and Solution Engineering teams.
- Matrixed Leadership: Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Engineering to achieve business targets and drive portfolio strategy. Provide collaborative leadership to Product Fulfillment and Call Center teams to ensure performance achieves targeted service levels.
- Growth & P&L Accountability: Full P&L ownership for the $700M portfolio, with a mandate to drive consistent year-over-year growth and EBITDA margin expansion.
Strategic Initiatives & Focus Areas
- Digital Transformation and the AI-First Mandate: Identify and execute radical opportunities to leverage AI and automation; specifically, success is defined by turning our 22,000+ deep integrations into a frictionless, automated data supply chain via AI-driven onboarding. Oversee the evolution of the digital portal into an indispensable workflow application featuring advanced analytics and self-service reporting.
- Defensive Moat & Portfolio Stickiness: Protect and grow existing revenue by converting key clients to long-term, multi-year contracts and evolving the primary digital portal from a reporting tool into a "daily-use" workflow application.
- Tax-Adjacent Expansion: Lead the successful launch and market adoption of new high-growth solutions, including non-escrow payment processing, insurance premium forecasting, and homeowner communication engines.
- Whitespace Strategy: Execute a targeted strategy to capture significant whitespace in residential tax service upgrades and new residential logos.
