SWD Operator

? Location: Bourg, LA

? Pay: $18–$21/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime)

? Schedule: 14/7 Rotating Day & Night Shifts


R360 Environmental Solutions , a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded SWD Operator to join our team at our Bourg, Louisiana facility.


? The Job:


+ Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment (pumps, valves, tanks)

+ Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks

+ Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance

+ Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports

+ Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times

+ Follow all environmental and safety protocols

+ Communicate effectively with coworkers and drivers


✅ Requirements:


+ Previous SWD (Salt Water Disposal) Operator experience a PLUS!

+ Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights)

+ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

+ Ability to learn quickly and work independently

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills

+ Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage

+ Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
