What You'll Be Doing

• Operate sweeper equipment to clean and maintain plant, yard, and roadway surfaces

• Remove debris, dust, and material buildup to support safe and efficient operations

• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on sweeper equipment

• Follow site safety procedures and report hazards or maintenance needs promptly

• Support general site housekeeping and assist with other operational tasks as needed

• Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area

• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

• Solid communication skills and willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $25.87 per hour

• Eligible employees can earn up to a $1,250 performance-based retention bonus each quarter, paid quarterly based on achievement of established performance metrics.
