Swim Instructor

Rodale Aquatic Center (RAC), located on the campus of Cedar Crest College, is frequently seeking qualified Swim Instructors to join our busy center on a part time basis. RAC is dedicated to fostering civic health and wellness by providing educational opportunities to the campus and the larger community, alone and in cooperation with other organizations that enhance the development of the mind, body and spirit through a large offering of instruction and fitness classes. These part-time positions are flexible, between 10 - 25 hours per week.

Part-time hours weekdays between 4 pm to 7 pm. Paid training is available for instructors if currently certified in lifeguarding OR have trained on a swim team. Experienced swim instructors with a proven history in swimming instruction are also encouraged to apply.

In addition to the above, current certification in CPR, AED and First Aid are required.
