Aquatica Academy is looking for experienced swim instructors with at least 3 years of instruction experience to teach our students how to swim in the Stroudsburg area. Instructors with strong backgrounds and reliable attendance will be offered one to four permanent 4 hour instruction blocks a week with a possibility of 20 hours a week. We also have spots open for substitute instructors. Job Details:

Most students are between 3 and 10 years old.
All training equipment is provided. Additional gear provided upon your request.
Holidays and snow days are paid when they fall on your regular work schedule.
Pay scale is $32.50 / hour 1099 with set hours. Pay is not affected by students attendance or class size.
Pay scale is $37.50 / hour 1099 when substituting.
Class hours are Mondays – Thursdays 4-8pm and Sundays 11-6pm.
Rolling schedule for students means you get to develop and stay with your students as they advance levels (no session-style schedules).
Year-round position (not seasonal).
We do a standard background check. Copy of your photo ID, SS card and certifications are required. CPR/AED and First Aid must be brought up to date if not already.
