Are you passionate about working with children and making a real difference every day? Dallas Swim Kids is looking for enthusiastic and caring Part-Time Swim Instructors to join our growing team!


We specialize in teaching children from 6 months old in parent/child programs through to 13 years old in our advanced invitational program. 


What You’ll Do:


  • Teach fun, engaging swim classes using our proven Dallas Swim Kids curriculum
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in and out of the pool
  • Help maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism

Requirements:
  • Swimming Proficiency
    • Ability to swim at least 25 meters using recognized strokes
    • Strong water safety awareness
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (often required or strongly preferred)
  • Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification is a plus, especially for teaching younger children
  • Background Check
  • Experience with Children
    • Prior experience teaching or working with children is highly valued
    • Patience, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills are essential
    • Ability to motivate and encourage young swimmers
  • Team-oriented mindset and reliability.
