Are you an adult who already has experience in aquatics, education, childcare, customer service or in a similar field? We want YOU! With full time and part-time shifts schedules available, make a career change or work 1 day a week. We pay for experience and leadership roles are available for the right candidate.
No experience? No problem! We only require a passion for helping others and a fin-tastic personality, we’ll teach you the rest.
What will you be doing?
Swim Instructors are responsible for ensuring the success of swim lessons by:
- Teaching swimmers ages 4 months-12 years old using a well-established and proven curriculum of water safety and swimming skills.
- Communicating progress and celebrating accomplishments with parents and caregivers at the end of class.
- Working closely with supervisors during your shift
- Shallow-water ELLIS Lifeguard Certification is required and offered throughout the year.
Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each Goldfish Swim School location. Each franchisee can set their own wages, benefit programs and terms and conditions of employment, which may vary at each Goldfish Swim School location.
