Requirements<\/h3>- Care and compassion for children and adults<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Great attitude and willingness to be coached<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - The ability to focus in a fast -paced environment<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and evenings required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ability to obtain Red Cross Lifeguard Certification<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
