We are looking for energetic, safety-focused, and fun-loving individuals to join our team in Atlantic, Cape May, Gloucester, and Camden Counties. Whether you’re a student, a teacher, or just love the water, we have the perfect flexible summer role for you!
Open Positions:Swim Instructors: Lead 1:1 private 30-minute lessons. Swim Team Coaches: Help our OST athletes level up their skills. Event Lifeguards: Keep private pool parties safe and fun.
