AquaTech Swim is hiring Swim Instructors for our Concord campus. If you enjoy working with kids, staying active, and being part of a positive team, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.

No teaching experience required — we provide fully paid, hands-on training.

Schedule Options

Year-Round Positions

• Weekdays: 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Weekends: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Minimum 3 shifts per week
• Must be available for at least one weekend day (both preferred)

Summer-Only Positions (May–September)

• Tuesday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 2:10 PM
• Weekend availability required

Training takes place at our Alameda campus (paid).

What You’ll Do

• Teach swim lessons to children of all skill levels
• Lead small, structured, engaging classes
• Help kids build confidence and consistency in the water
• Maintain a safe, positive, and organized environment
• Communicate progress with supervisors and team

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ and high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Comfortable in the water (or willing to learn)
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Experience with kids, sports, or teaching is a plus (not required)

Work Environment

• Warm indoor pool (89–92°F)
• Active role — standing, moving, and engaging throughout shift
• Working on a wet pool deck
• Lifting/supporting children (20–50 lbs)
