Our curriculum, designed by world-class swimmers with over 30 years of teaching experience, focuses on teaching the right technique from the very beginning. Beyond water safety, our goal is to help swimmers build confidence that carries over into every area of life.
Position Summary
We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and skilled Swim Instructors to join our team. You’ll teach swimmers of all ages and abilities in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
What You’ll Do
- Teach individuals and small groups using SwimLabs’ proven curriculum.
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of each swimmer.
- Ensure safety at all times by following established protocols.
- Track attendance and progress, keeping parents/guardians informed.
- Support facility upkeep, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous swim instruction or coaching experience (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with both children and adults.
- Knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety.
- Ability to adjust teaching style to different skill levels and learning needs.
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Passion for working with children, including those with special needs.
