What You’ll Do:
- Teach swim lessons to children and adults of all skill levels
- Promote water safety and YMCA core values
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong swimming skills and a desire to teach
- Prior instruction or lifeguarding experience preferred
- YMCA Swim Instructor, Red Cross WSI, or equivalent certifications a plus (training available)
