Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate year-round swim lessons
- School year group lessons (September through May)
- Private and semi-private swim lesson (year-round)
- Summer camp group lessons (June through August)
- Answer phone calls and return messages and emails concerning swim lessons
3. Communicate with members about upcoming programs and classes as well as answer any questions they have about lessons.
4. Communicate with instructors individually and as a group about their classes, progress reports, concerns, new information and progress with lessons.
5. Provide instructors with tools needed to teach quality swim lesson.
6. Communicate with Aquatics Director about progress of programs.
7. Create rosters for group lesson classes and maintain that payments have been made.
8. Assigning instructors to teach group, private and semi-private swim lessons.
9. Collect information from clients about interests in private and semi-private lessons, such as age of participant, swimming ability, schedule availability, and then set them up with an instructor to work with them.
10. Maintain records of clients who participate in group lessons as well as private and semi-private
11. Enter all group lesson sessions and classes in Compete

- Water Safety Instructor (WSI)
- CPR, First Aid and AED

Job Requirements:
Must have current Water Safety Instructor, CPR (First Aid and AED), and Lifeguard Certifications.
