Swim Team Assistant Coach - FM Gators

• The Swim Team Assistant Coach assists in the development of daily practice sessions including dry-land training, stretching, and swim training for all skill levels.
• Available to Gator Swim Team members and parents to answer questions concerning the program.
• Hours during the school year are afternoons and evenings, with weekends for meets; hours during the summer will add mornings as well.
• At least 18 years old
• 2 years of directly related experience
• American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification - Training available at the YMCA
• Within 1 month of hire:
• Foundations of Coaching 101
• Concussion Education Certificate
• Athlete Protection Training
• Safety Training for Swim Coaches Certification
