Swim Instructor & Deck Supervisor – Now Hiring!
We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic Swim Instructor to join our team! Thisrole includes teaching children, adults, and individuals with special needs, as well as serving as a Deck Supervisor to help ensure safe, smooth class operations.
What You’ll Do·Teach engaging, confidence‑building swim lessons for all ages and abilities·Provide patient, supportive instruction for swimmers with special needs·Oversee deck operations, class flow, and safety procedures·Communicate with families and staff to maintain a positive environment·Help uphold our program’s high standards of safety, professionalism, and fun
What We’re Looking For·Passion for working with swimmers of all ages·Strong communication and leadership skills·Experience teaching swim lessons (preferred but not required)·Ability to supervise staff and maintain a safe pool deck·CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard certifications a plus
