Blue Lagoon Pools is seeking an experienced Construction Crew Lead to manage and execute in-ground pool installations.
This is a leadership role, not a laborer position. You will be responsible for running job sites, leading a crew, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a construction crew on active job sites
Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and productivity
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Keep projects on schedule
Requirements
Minimum 5 years construction experience (pool experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, and site layout
Proficiency in pool plumbing and hydraulic systems
Experience with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
Ability to operate heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and layouts
Solid understanding of job site safety and best practices
Strong leadership and crew management skills
Ability to problem-solve in real time and make decisions on-site
Excellent time management and job sequencing skills
Clear communication with crew, subs, and management
High level of accountability and ownership of work
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications
Pool construction experience
CDL license ( A Plus)
Experience with project scheduling and site management
