Swimming Pool Installer

A Swimming Pool Installer is responsible for the installation and setup of above-ground swimming pools, working individually or within small teams of 2-5 people. This role involves preparing the site, assembling pool structures, and ensuring all equipment is properly installed. The installer interacts directly with customers to ensure their needs are met and may travel regionally or locally to various installation sites. Use of both power and manual tools is required, along with adherence to safety procedures. Opportunities for advancement include moving into project management roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and level installation sites for above-ground pools
• Assemble and install pool components and equipment
• Operate manual and power tools safely and efficiently
• Communicate with customers to explain procedures and address concerns
• Coordinate with small teams when needed to complete installations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all installation phases
• Travel regionally or locally to various customer sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in pool installation
• Valid driver's license for travel
• Knowledge of safety procedures on installation sites
• Strong customer service skills
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor
