We stand out in the industry because we don't believe in making bubblegum and Band-Aid fixes to problems. As a business of integrity, we believe in a high level of customer service and satisfaction. We are one of the longest running pool companies in the Denver metro area. No experience is necessary. We train at the office and on the job. This is a full-time, seasonal position with the opportunity to become year-round. You will have the opportunity to learn many skills, including water chemistry, automation, electrical, plumbing and construction. Working hours are Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday if we need to catch up. We start at 8am and work until we are finished. Some days are longer than others, which gives you the opportunity for time and a half overtime pay. Our season runs from April through October, with the understanding that students will not be able to work all those months. Members with the aptitude to learn will be eligible for a team lead position. Returning members year after year will be eligible for a raise at the beginning of the next season. Team members will be eligible for a season end bonus based on the number of days worked.
