Job Summary
We’re looking for a hardworking swimming pool maintenance technician to join our team!  All of our maintenance technicians receive training by our company, no matter the amount of previous experience, to ensure our business expectations are met. Once training is completed, you’ll receive a local swimming pool route that has been mapped out for ease and efficiency.  Each week, you will follow this route in your own truck and service the swimming pools and/or spas.   The ideal person for this job is a self-motivated, reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. Responsibilities 
  • Conduct routine maintenance on swimming pools and/or spas to make sure they’re clean and operating efficiently
  •  Report any needed repairs to our office
  • Net pool surfaces, brush walls, vacuum pools, test water, empty skimmer and pump baskets, add needed chemicals
  • Keep customers gates shut/locked to prevent unnecessary accidents
  • Keep a record of completed pools, added chemicals, and turn in time sheets weekly
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep the equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
  • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Prefer High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Prefer some maintenance experience
  • Must speak English
  • Must have drivers license and insurance
  • Must have own truck
  • Prefer knowledge of swimming pools, swimming pool equipment and chemicals
  • Prefer understanding of chemical safety 
  • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
