The Opportunity
We’re hiring motivated Commission-Based Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a high-earning opportunity for self-starters who love meeting people, designing dream backyards, and closing deals. You’ll work directly with homeowners to guide them from first consultation to signed contract.

Territory: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee, and Polk Counties

Ideal Candidate:
Previous sales experience preferred, but not required — we train
Construction, home improvement, or pool industry background a plus

Comfortable working weekends/evenings for homeowner appointments
