Swimming Pool Service Technician

We are a small family owned swimming pool cleaning & repair company looking to expand our team. We are hiring a pool cleaning technician in the South Austin area. Previous experience is not required as we will provide training. Our service routes are scheduled Monday – Thursday, but an occasional Friday will need to be worked if we are delayed due to weather, a national holiday, etc. or if assistance is needed with a repair or extra cleanings.

Salary range: $40,000 (no experience) - $55,000 per year

Primary job responsibilities: maintain a weekly service route of 45-50 customers. You will be checking and balancing water chemistry, cleaning the skimmer/pump baskets, skimming the top of the water for debris, brushing the pool walls, vacuuming the pool floor as needed, and backwashing/cleaning the filter as needed. We are looking for someone who is reliable, honest, and a hard worker.

Must be able to work outside in all seasons, lift up to 100 lbs. and have a clean driving record and background check. Company truck, all equipment & supplies will be provided.
