Right now, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Swing Delivery Driver to join our dynamic crew!What You'll Do:Safely and efficiently run delivery routes, meeting or exceeding daily expectationsLoad and unload products by hand or with a hand cart, including heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs)Navigate stairs, ramps, docks, and all types of weather conditions while on deliveryDevelop a solid understanding of our product inventory and delivery processesCommunicate with warehouse and leadership teams on vehicle status, routes, and moreSupport the warehouse team when not on the road: stock shelves, pick orders, assist with cleanup, and moreMaintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service on every deliveryWhat We're Looking For:1+ year of delivery experience or applicable background with 16' box trucks or vansHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to lift up to 75-100 lbs regularly and work in a physically demanding environmentStrong attention to detail and time management skillsFluent in English (reading & writing); basic math proficiency requiredClean driving record; must be insurable and able to pass a drug testDependable, punctual, and ready to work overtime as neededShift Schedule:Monday-Friday7:30 AM - 4:00 PMFull-time positionPay Rates:Rate 1: $17.90/hr $19.89/hr after 6 monthsRate 2: $19.00/hr $21.11/hr after 6 monthsBenefits:401(k) with matchMedical insurance Paid time off (PTO)Supportive team culture This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement
