Job Details

What You’ll Do

Operate multiple Swiss CNC machines in a production-focused, team-based environment
Produce parts to exact specifications, ensuring adherence to tight tolerances and quality standards
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, Keyence, etc.)
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
Make basic machine adjustments, offsets, and tooling changes as needed
Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper setup/alignment before production
Maintain accurate production logs, including scrap and quality tracking
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Collaborate with team members and communicate production status, quality issues, and improvements

What You Bring

1–2+ years of CNC machining or Swiss machining experience (more preferred for advanced roles)
Ability to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T concepts
Experience with precision inspection tools and quality verification processes
Exposure to CMM, optical inspection systems, or automated measurement tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail in a high-precision manufacturing environment
Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs as needed
Basic computer skills and familiarity with production tracking systems
