Verify machine settings, offsets, and tool changes to ensure accuracy and precision in all machining operations.
Operation:
Program Star Swiss CNC machines to produce intricate components with tight tolerances.
Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to enhance efficiency and maintain top-tier quality standards.
Conduct routine checks to ensure proper lubrication, cooling, and overall machine functionality.
Quality Control:
Inspect machined parts using precision measuring tools, such as micrometres and callipers, to confirm conformance to engineering specifications.
Address and correct any deviations from quality standards to maintain the highest production integrity.
Tool Maintenance:
Perform regular maintenance on tools, replacing them as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with management to quickly resolve tooling or equipment issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

Must-Haves * Experience in programming and operating Swiss CNC machines, specifically Star models. * Good understanding machining processes, precision measuring instruments, and engineering specifications.
