Swiss CNC Machinist II | 2nd Shift

Osseo Area - Full-time - On-site

$30-$39/hour + quarterly bonus opportunity with a 5% target

Monday-Thursday, 3:30 p.m.-2:00 a.m.

Precision work. Four-day schedule. Three-day weekends.

Put your Swiss machining skills to work making precision medical components. We're looking for an experienced machinist who can own setups, troubleshoot confidently, and keep quality on target-all in a clean, air-conditioned shop.

Your role

• Independently set up and run multi-axis Swiss CNC machines on intermediate-complexity jobs.

• Read prints, interpret G and M code, and adjust tooling and offsets to maintain tight tolerances.

• Inspect parts using microscopes, precision measuring tools, vision systems, and CMMs.

• Use SPC data to monitor quality, reduce scrap, and meet production goals.

• Keep production records accurate, communicate across shifts, and support less-experienced machinists.

What you bring

• Experience: 3+ years in CNC Swiss machining; medical manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Independent setup and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong blueprint-reading, shop math, and precision measurement skills.

• High school diploma or GED; machining training or equivalent experience preferred.
