Job Description
- Support and optimize Swiss CNC machining processes
- Assist with machine setup, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze machining methods to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
- Work closely with production and leadership teams to resolve manufacturing challenges
- Support programming and process development activities
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout machining operations
- Collaborate with operators, supervisors, and engineering personnel to ensure successful project execution

The Successful Applicant
- Experience working with Swiss CNC lathes and machining operations
- Strong understanding of machining processes and manufacturing best practices
- Ability to perform or support machine setups
- Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T
- Hands-on manufacturing mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a smaller, collaborative manufacturing environment
