Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a Swiss screw machinist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
