The Role
We’re hiring a production-focused Swiss-type CNC operator to run Tsugami equipment and keep barfeeders running smoothly. Familiarity with setup is a plus, but programming and full setups are not required for this role.
Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Handle
- Operate Swiss-type CNC lathes with working knowledge of setup and changeovers.
- Keep barfeeders running; hand-load parts when needed to maintain throughput.
- Follow safety practices and company policies at all times.
- Interpret engineering drawings to determine inspection requirements.
- Manually inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Support general CNC production and inspection tasks as needed.
Skills to Succeed
- Hands-on experience operating CNC lathes (Swiss preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints and follow on-screen work instructions in proprietary software.
- Clear written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
