What You’ll Do
CNC/Swiss Operators
- Operate CNC and Swiss-style machines to meet production goals
- Load/unload parts; monitor cycles and make data-driven adjustments
- Perform in-process inspections with precision measuring tools
- Comply with SOPs; uphold clean, organized workstations in a regulated setting
Maintenance Technologist
- Maintain and repair Swiss CNC equipment with hands-on expertise
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues
- Support preventative maintenance schedules
- Drive uptime, reliability, and collaboration with production/engineering
Important: Maintenance candidates must have direct, hands-on Swiss machine experience (beyond general maintenance).
Qualifications
- Operators: Experience with CNC or Swiss machining
- Maintenance: Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skill set
- Proficient with measurement tools; able to follow detailed instructions
- Experience in medical or regulated manufacturing is a plus
- Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift
