PRIMARY FUNCTION: This positiion is responsible for overseeing the overall condition and functionality of facilities district-wide. This role involves ensuring that all physical spaces are maintained to be safe, clean and operational by coordinating daily facility operations, handling routine maintenance, and supervising repairs.

Work Environment
Employees in this classification typically work throughout various areas of the school facility, including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, cafeterias, and outdoor grounds. There is also frequent use of radios, telephones, and basic electronic devices to communicate and coordinate with staff. The role requires frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, stretching, and climbing to complete custodial and maintenance tasks. There are some physical and sensory demands, and the position does require consistent attention to safety and operational procedures.
