Organize, supervise, and administer all phases of the high school baseball program.
Plan and conduct practices, workouts, and game preparation.
Develop student-athletes both athletically and academically.
Promote sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and character development.
Supervise assistant coaches and coordinate responsibilities within the program.
Ensure compliance with all district, conference, and MSHSAA rules and regulations.
