PRIMARY FUNCTION: Positions assigned to this job class provide classroom and/or behind-the-wheel training to new school bus drivers or re-training of current drivers. May be required to drive a school bus on a regular route when needed.

Education Level:
A GED or a standard high school diploma from a GaDOE-approved and accredited institution is required with experience as a bus driver
CDL License
Preferred: Extensive knowledge of Chatham County school locations and street network

Incumbents will be considered "at will." Appropriate pay will be determined based on the Grade as determined by Human Resources and allowable experience. The work calendar will be 250 days. NON-EXEMPT (Grade 108)
