A leading investment bank may seek a Syndicated Finance Analyst to support syndicated lending, leveraged loans, and multi-lender financing transactions. These roles are ideal for candidates seeking experience in loan structuring, credit analysis, and transaction execution within a fast-paced banking environment.
Build and maintain syndicated finance models, including debt schedules, covenant calculations, and credit metrics
Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and credit analysis for potential borrowers
Support live syndicated loans, leveraged financings, and refinancings
Prepare pitch books, credit memoranda, and client presentations
Assist with due diligence, documentation, and transaction execution
Collaborate with senior bankers and lenders across deal structuring, credit evaluation, and syndication processes
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Strong skills in financial modeling, credit analysis, and valuation techniques
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, syndicated finance, leveraged lending, corporate banking, or audit is beneficial
