A leading investment bank, corporate advisory firm, or private equity sponsor may seek a Synergies & Integration Analyst to support M&A transactions by quantifying potential synergies, tracking integration plans, and assessing operational and financial outcomes. Quantify revenue, cost, and operational synergies for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate integration scenarios, synergy impact, and value realization
Track post-merger integration plans, KPIs, and performance against targets
Support due diligence by analyzing historical performance and identifying synergy opportunities
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing integration progress and potential impact

Assist in benchmarking, research, and analysis of industry best practices for operational integration
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
