A company in the property industry based in New York.Job DescriptionSupervise and manage all on-site construction activities and personnel. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain timelines and quality. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders. Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports and project records.
