Skills: NetApp Storage Platform~System Z - z/Linux Experience Required: 6-8 years

Role Descriptions: Linux System Administration System administration operations| including server hardware| operating systems (Linux| Windows| and Solaris)| and related firmware and software. Duties include:Build new servers| blades| blade chassis| and VMs.Decommission servers and VMsrespond to and resolve alarms and security vulnerabilities for hardware| OS| and related items.Apply OS and firmware patches per company requirements.Troubleshoot issues possibly related to the hardware| OS| storage| and related items.Perform storage migrations when required On-call duties. Respond to outages and critical situations 24x7 . Perform root cause analysis.Virtualization AdministrationInstall| manage| and decommission VMware virtualization environments.Build new virtualization hosts.Patch and upgrade virtualization hosts.Troubleshoot and resolve virtualization issues.
