Role Overview
The System Administrator is responsible for the reliable operation, security, and maintenance of the organization’s server infrastructure and network systems. You will ensure that hardware, software, and related procedures adhere to organizational values while providing seamless support to all users.
Core Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, and network devices (cloud and on-premise).
System Security: Implement and monitor security protocols, including firewalls, patches, and access controls to protect sensitive data.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly audit systems to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot hardware or software failures.
Data Recovery: Manage backup operations and disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity.
User Support: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, resolving complex issues escalated from the Help Desk.
