We're looking for a System Administrator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop, or network services and equipment from local personnel or from employees using network remote access.
Administers networking, servers, security etc.; deploys systems and maintain system performance
Assist in researching, planning, and/or coordinating the design, implementation, and/or maintenance of application infrastructure, operating systems, and application software
Develop procedures, coordinate, and control object promotion/migration to appropriate instances/environments
Assist in the development, implementation, and formalization of backup and recovery procedures which meet application levels as defined by the business
Documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to support.
May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years' experience with Windows and Linux System administration
Windows OS/Office 365 experience and troubleshooting
Good analytical troubleshooting skills to isolate and resolve problems.
