System Administrator, Halo PSA Experience a plus, Onsite

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join our innovative IT support team. This onsite role focuses on maintaining and supporting internal IT infrastructure within a small, collaborative team.

Experience with Halo PSA is a huge plus.

The ideal candidate demonstrates technical expertise, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong client-centric focus in a fast-paced environment. MUST have title and settlement history and/or HALO PSA experience.

This is an onsite role in Rockwall, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor internal IT systems to ensure reliability and performance
• Resolve system issues promptly, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence
• Manage and optimize SQL databases
• Design and implement process improvements
• Monitor security systems to protect IT infrastructure
• Provide technical support to end users
• Collaborate effectively within a small team environment
• Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Visio
• Experience with SQL management
• Strong technical interest in AI, security, and process design
• Excellent analytical skills to quickly identify root causes of issues
• Effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and high emotional intelligence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and teach others
• Client-centric mindset with a sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in system administration
• Associate degree in Computer Science
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio
• In-depth SQL knowledge
