Job Description

  • Participates in the planning, deployment and ongoing support for systems and applications used by the organization, including technical problem analysis and resolution, and provides support via issue escalation.
  • Record, track and report on all issues and requests with detailed technical documentation on the actions taken and final resolution.
  • Maintain systems and applications efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot problems reported by users and others in IT.
  • Maintain network and system security.
  • Identify user needs.
  • Assist with maintenance of servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, personal digital assistants, software deployment, security updates and patches.
