Scope of Work:
The primary purpose of this position is to supervise and manage the daily administration, configuration, operation, and performance of enterprise computer systems supporting mission-critical business operations. The System Administrator is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and efficient utilization of computer systems, servers, and network resources. This position provides technical leadership, performs capacity planning, optimizes system performance, and supports end users in accessing and effectively utilizing business systems.

Active Secret Security Clearance required; ability to maintain clearance throughout employment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Master's degree in one of the above fields and three (3) years of general experience, including two (2) years of specialized experience; or
No degree and eight (8) years of general experience, including six (6) years of specialized experience administering computer systems.
Minimum of four (4) years of general information technology experience, including at least three (3) years of specialized experience administering computer systems.
General experience includes operations support for large-scale computer systems or multi-server local area network (LAN) environments.
Demonstrated experience administering Windows-based server and client operating systems.
Experience monitoring system performance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Experience with system configuration, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, operating systems, storage technologies, and system administration best practices.
Ability to analyze technical problems and develop effective solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide technical support to users.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.
