System Analyst Role | W2 Contract Opportunity

We are hiring for a System Analyst position for candidates with strong analytical and technical skills.

Job Type: W2 Contract
Experience: 1 7 Years
Work Authorization: H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, USC

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related role.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering and system documentation.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum.
• Understanding of SDLC, system workflows, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
• Create functional specifications and process documentation.
• Work with business, development, and QA teams.
• Perform data validation and troubleshoot system issues.
• Support testing, implementation, and system enhancements.
