Position Overview
As a System Assembler, you will assemble water separator systems, including water separators, pumps, valves, piping, and control panels. This role requires mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Job Responsibilities
- Assemble complete water separator systems and components.
- Follow manufacturing drawings, wiring diagrams, and instructions.
- Use hand and power tools to build and test assemblies.
- Perform electrical wiring for control systems and pumps.
- Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain a clean work environment and collaborate with teams.
- Follow safety procedures at all times.
Job Requirements- Preferably 2 years of mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of pump systems, plumbing, and electrical components is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
Physical Requirements- Ability to perform all essential duties safely.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling tasks.
- Stand for extended periods during shifts.
