System Director Client Technology Services

Job Summary

The System Director, Client Technology Services is responsible for the operational delivery, engineering, and lifecycle management of all physical endpoint technologies across the health system. This includes oversight of the Service Desk (delivered through a 3rd-party managed service), endpoint hardware and software, mobile device management, telehealth technologies, and collaboration tools. This role ensures technology is secure, scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective while improving the daily experience of clinicians, staff, and patients. Acting as a bridge between IT operations and end users, this leader drives both technical stability and usability improvements to support clinical workflows, administrative efficiency, and patient engagement.

This position is based in West Reading, PA.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a large, complex environment overseeing IT service delivery or endpoint engineering is required. Healthcare experience preferred.
• Budget and vendor management experience.
• 4 year Bachelor''s Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor''s Degree
• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• Strong leadership skills, operational management skills, organizational skills, and a commitment to positive user experience.
