DescriptionYou will be the System Engineer, Integration Lab, for the Skunk Works (Advanced Development Program) team which is responsible for overseeing lab operations, integrating and maintaining lab hardware, coordinating cross functionally with other teams to ensure lab operations meet important milestones, support testing events.ResponsibilitiesPerform system integration, test, and troubleshooting of hardware/software configurations.Install equipment in server racks and maintain lab inventory.Design and integrate hardware for the Systems Integration Labs.Establish Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) and Closed-Loop testing in the lab.Interface with software developers and systems engineers to support verification activities.BenefitsWe are committed to supporting your work‑life balance and overall well‑being, offering flexible scheduling options. Explore Lockheed Martin's comprehensive benefits package for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off and holidays.QualificationsBachelor's degree in STEM discipline.Demonstrated experience with Avionics Systems Integration and Test or Laboratory Hardware development and buildup.Avionics and SIL experience/background, planning and I&T experience/background, experience with requirements development and integration and test processes, strong laboratory skills, flight test experience.Experience with Sub-System Integration, working in a System Integration Lab and troubleshooting system integration anomalies.CompTIA Security+, Network+, or A+ certification desired; candidate will need to obtain certification upon being hired.Experience in computing systems (processing, network, storage, display technologies).Experience modifying and maintaining system test procedures.Proficiency in cable fabrication, installation and troubleshooting (BNC, ENET, RF, Fiber Optic, data).Experience with deployment and configuration management of hardware components.Experience in LabView.Experience with RF design and troubleshooting.Familiarity with communications protocols such as USB, Ethernet, serial and video.Leadership experience in SIL environment.Security ClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret clearance to start.Location & ShiftPalmdale, CA.
